Frequently Asked

What happens if I don’t complete the CBT in one day?
Although a CBT is not a pass or fail course and some students reach the required standard within a day some people may require more training to receive their certificate. If this is the case you will receive either a discount on your second CBT or you may just need to come back to complete the road ride element at a reduced rate.
What happens if I am late?
Unfortunately due to test times and being fair to other students in most cases if you are late you will be turned away and forfeit your course fees. This is the same on a CBT where all elements must be completed in their entirety as set out by the DVSA and is a legal requirement. We will do out best to accommodate you and re book your courses at a discounted rate.
What happens if I want a refund?
We cannot refund you if the course has started, you must also provide us with written notice if you which to cancel. 12 days notice for DAS courses, 5 days for CBT and other courses and 3 days notice if you which to cancel or move a test booking. Please read our Terms and Conditions for further information. Any refund will be subject to a £60.00 administration fee.
What should bring and wear?
Please bring with you your Full or Provisional photo card licence (or old paper licence and photo ID), glasses or contact lenses.

We provide Helmets, Jackets, gloves and waterproofs, however if you are particularly small XS and below or 3XL and above you will need to bring your own as we do not support these sizing options.

As mentioned and required by the DVSA for training and tests the following is required at a minimum you must wear:

Sturdy footwear with ankle protection or motorcycle boots, heavy denim trousers (with no rips) or textile/leather motorcycle trousers. We do not supply these.

If you do not adhere to these rules you will forfeit your training and be turned away from your test by the DVSA.

What happens if the DVSA cancel or move my Motorcycle Test?
Sometimes the DVSA may need to cancel your test dates, due to sickness for example. If this is done outside of 3 days unfortunately there is nothing that can be done however if the test is cancelled within 3 days you can claim back any loss of earnings, child care, travel costs and your our training fees.
